LKB88 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysian Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member" or "Player") and LKB88 ("LKB88", "we", "our platform"). These Terms govern your use of the website, services, games and all content provided by LKB88 through our platform, accessible at lkb88.my.

• Country of residence: You must be a Malaysian citizen or lawful resident accessing the LKB88 platform from within Malaysia. Access from outside Malaysia may result in restrictions without prior notice.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are subject to any legal restriction relating to gambling activities are not eligible to use LKB88.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active LKB88 account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of balances.
• Not an LKB88 employee: Employees, agents, contractors, immediate family members, and parties associated with LKB88 are not eligible to become playing members or participate in any promotions offered by LKB88.

During the LKB88 account registration process, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, current and complete information. This includes your full name exactly as it appears on your MyKad, an active Malaysian phone number, and valid bank or e-wallet details registered in your own name.

You are fully responsible for the security of your LKB88 account password. LKB88 recommends using a strong password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Do not share your password with anyone, including LKB88 staff — our team will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your LKB88 account. LKB88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account that you fail to report promptly.

Your registered account details – particularly your full name and payment information – must be consistent and matching. LKB88 will not process withdrawals to any bank account or e-wallet that is not registered under the same name as the LKB88 account holder. This is an important security measure to protect our players from any form of misuse.

There is no universally defined maximum deposit limit; however, LKB88 reserves the right to set deposit limits on specific accounts based on internal risk assessments or regulatory compliance requirements. LKB88 does not accept deposits via any method not listed above. Any attempt to deposit using an unapproved method will be rejected, and the amount may be frozen pending investigation. LKB88 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers.

LKB88 reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds for account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, a breach of any terms set out in this document, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure of identity verification, and requests from relevant authorities.

You may close your LKB88 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, please ensure you have withdrawn all eligible balances beforehand. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal upon account closure.

If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, LKB88 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances, unclaimed winnings and active deposit balances, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation. LKB88's decision in such matters is final and binding.

LKB88 is not liable for any financial, personal, or legal decisions you make based on information found on the LKB88 platform. You bear full responsibility for your gaming decisions and all associated financial consequences.
